It is a real challenge because the display and the design are combined with content. The subject of information published in a web site depends on the targeted audience and the product/service offered to the users of such web site. The most successful one provides a dynamic content : the news or events are highlighted on a home page and these articles are linkable to detailed pages where the user can find more information about what he is interested in. Breaking news ,(E-)Newsletters, Success Stories and dossiers The Content Publisher, the Editor , the copyrighter, the journalist and other content providers work on together to produce an attractive information. Web issues are almost as important as Outlets.Indeed the user who wants to find quickly the right info on the web has not the same quality standard as the reader of magasine who requires more quality in writing or arguments.That means the layout used should be moulded following the audience. Therefore the communication issue will depend son the the type of information to produce and to whom. For instance, dossiers are more used to support breaking news or highlighted topics while success stories are currently the ad-way to promote successful service or product like one-page article with easy vocabulary. Using mailing list enhances the relation between the customer and the product because the customer recieves regularly news about the evolution of products and some other interesting news.However, the frequency of sending a e-newsletter will depends on products and news involved in it.The best example of this is the subscription to e-newsletter.
