Training and workshops : learn to inform & communicate, transfer & exchange

Training is "the process of bringing a person to an agreed standard of proficiency by practice and instruction".

To attend to seminars or workshops are now a good way to uptodate in our learning. Consequently a lot of offers in training are now available. A few years ago, they launched a new trends, the E-learning : the participant takes part into session from where he is working. However some companies decide to create their own academy or training cycle only for their permanent employees, that aims to avoid a dissemination of a specific know-how or to provide specific profile to Clients (e.g Induction Workshops :support to SMEs in Innovation and TTT(Transnational Technology Tranfer)). This type of "advantage" is also an indirect promotion that could enhance the visibility in the marketplace as a successful enterprise that has developped this own academic cursus. So the competition in that field of vocational education is now open and start as a new business area.

To take part in seminars or other workshops give opportunity to participants to meet people.Indeed to meet people drives to develop contact and exchange or share knowlege.Ability in networking is an important asset to have in mind because it helps in finding quickly the right partner or the right information for making further businesses.

Skills in this topic consist in delivering training including performing presentation (e.g.Cybersoda :Introduction to ICT) ,inviting guests and produce promotional material regarding the current project.
