Indeed, the web media can be used either to be more visible following the targeted audience or to help the growth of sales of such product(e.g.web marketing, viral marketing , social media). The promotion must be an attractive content including either graphics or texts like slogan, forceful speech or incisive sentences. Privacy by designThis topic consist mainly in preventing any illegal processing of personnal Data and avoid as far as possible any risk against rights and fundamental freedoms of natural person . This application of this privacy by design is a important part in Testing phase because it shall demontrate a kind of GDPR compliance (the appropriate technical and organisational measures have been taken to ensure taht the requirement withn this regulation are met) and validate the process.Further recital 78: "Such measures could consist, inter alia, of minimising the processing of personal data, pseudonymising personal data as soon as possible, transparency with regard to the functions and processing of personal data, enabling the data subject to monitor the data processing, enabling the controller to create and improve security features. From the visual identity to the logoThe corporate Identity Most companies want to have their own Websites. Indeed they think wrongly that it is the finest way to promote themselves all around the world. Before thinking of using the Web, the company has to define its visual and corporate identity.
